Keeps you up to date July 19, 2010 Klarisoncares (Los Angeles, CA) I used to subscribe but let it lapse and now have signed up again. EW is of my favorite magazines because it contains information on a lot of different subjects. It is a little skinnier than it once was but it really does keep you up to date on tv, movies, and other subjects of entertainment.
That's Entertainment!!!!!!!!!!! July 12, 2010 mama "m" (RI) I enjoy this magazine every week. It is factual and informative. I look forward to its arrival every week. Great magazine, can't live without it!!!!!!!!!!!!!
As described July 7, 2010 M. Cruz (Naperville, Illinois USA) Great magazine for getting a summary on the latest entertainment news without all the tabloids nonsense.
Entertainment Weekly Provides Entertainment, Weekly July 6, 2010 C. Wilcox (Oregon, United States) If you want to keep up on the latest entertainment news and critiques, this is the magazine to get. Occasionally, Steven King writes an editorial, and they are funny and intelligent (love it). The magazine covers movies, TV, books and music.
Easy, pleasant lightly entertaining July 2, 2010 Marilyn J. Bilderback (Granite City, IL United States) I subscribe to 5 or 6 magazines of which this is one. The fact that I renewed it once again says I must enjoy reading it. What is inside is all about the things we Americans do to entertain ourselves. It not only reviews movies but also TV programs, music, books,etc.. It goes inside and behind the scenes in articles about the industry of entertainment. True, it is neither earth-saving nor intellectually challenging, but then I believe that is why I enjoy it. There are more than enough of those kinds of publications. This one is for those of us who have a love of good movies and TV programming and like to have a place to read reviews
that will give us some direction in this regard. And sometimes you just want to pick up something to read that is enjoyable but not too involving. It has well-written articles that I have found to be accurate for the most part.
